Head of People Operations

Job description

You will carry out operational and strategic efforts in several areas related to our people. As part of these efforts, you will collaborate with a talented, accomplished, and experienced group of colleagues from a variety of functions. Our efforts will help shape the future of our organization.


  • Strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of employer branding; development and management; culture transformation; change management organizational and performance management; compensation and benefits; and HRIS.
  • Be accountable and responsible for the development, achievement and evaluation of the employees and development strategy and objectives.
  • Ensure that the senior management and relevant teams are sufficiently informed and engaged in the area of People and Development.
  • You will oversee the strategy and implementation of key processes, programs, and tools that enable the People team to work efficiently and focus on achieving global scale, enabling new lines of business, and serving new employee segments.
  • Lead strategic programs at Codification in key areas, such as people analytics, employee engagement, career development, performance, ongoing learning/skill development, etc.
  • Provide leadership on people related issues and policies across the company.
  • Communicate at all levels in the company and to support business development and change.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on culture-related initiatives, diversity-related initiatives, employee communication initiatives, etc.
  • Provide support and consultation across the business on the most complex issues, supporting staff, managers and executives in all related areas and regions.
  • Channel internal and external data and feedback to apply insights that drive continuous business performance and sustainable success.

Job requirements

  • Experience with leading and implementation of transformational initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience managing remote teams
  • Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship
  • Experience building technology and people operations compliance programs and processes
  • Comfortable as a hands-on manager
  • Experience in leading a People Operations or Human Resources team
