- Bringing in connections, should be aware of what the target market is, already spoken to prospects and know what works in the market.
- Represent Codi at events, be eyes and ears and they should be participating and networking
- Specialized in prospecting, talking, sales aspect. At Codification they will be taken in as a sales qualified lead and hand over to Customer Success Engineers.
- They have to be open and willing to connect with people, and know the right thing to say
- In their previous role they should have experience in research, understand what the account is going through right now, know how to use relevant tools, Sales Nav, find information about tech stacks
- Should be an extrovert - find the joy in connecting with people online and in person both
- Should have high levels of confidence when engaging with clients, not afraid to have a conversation at any point
